Scope Of Work:
Though we have different schedule for Every Operation floor commonly Daily Housekeeping process involves:
- Cleaning, dusting & disinfecting of floors, walls & ceiling. Removal of waste & any other garbage from the entire area, covered under the contract (such as halls, committee rooms, office rooms, maintenance office, cabins, cubicles, etc).
- Sweeping, cleaning, mopping with disinfectant cleaner of area covered under the contract including all staircase, lift, lobbies, security office & other areas covered in the contract.
- Cleaning of basket, wastepaper baskets, cobwebs etc & disposal of all the collected refuge at designated site on daily basis.
- Scrubbing/cleaning of common toilets, washbasins, fittings, glasses & floors.
- Placing garbage bags in all garbage bins to avoid stains & clear them on daily basis.
- Cleaning of all open areas between the building & boundary including sweeping of internal roads & lawns.
- Vacuuming & mopping the entire floor area of the office namely passage, reception, etc. with suitable environment friendly products.
- Dry mopping the non carpeted area & entire floor with a good disinfectant.
- Dry mopping the common areas, reception areas, corridors, staircases, etc.
- Cleaning of glasses of the cabin internally & externally with glass cleaner.
- Removing Stains from flooring, wall, partitions and skirting.
- Dust & vacuum clean window frames.
- The sign board to be washed & cleaned.
- Removing of cobwebs if any.
